STEELS HIGH FORMABILITY
Available thicknesses: from 2.5 mm up to 20 mm DOMEX 420S420 / 500 MC. High elastic limit steels with particular aptitude for cold forming. This material, in addition to good fatigue resistance, has excellent toughness and an excellent degree of weldability.

Applications: touring road vehicles (chassis, bodywork, wheels, etc.). Road and rail transport vehicles (chassis, sides, bodies). Containers, Tanks, Agricultural machines, Sicurvia, Profiles, Welded pipes.

 

ANTI-WEAR STEELS
Available thicknesses: from 4 mm up to 150 mm HARDOX 400/450 / 500XAR 400 / 500RAEX 400/450. Wear-resistant steels supplied in the hardened and tempered state, characterized by excellent resistance to mechanical wear, impact or sliding.

Applications: ground moving machines, gravel transport and treatment. Crushers, fans, scrap presses, mining equipment.

 

RECOVERY STEELS
Available thicknesses: from 5 mm up to 300 mm C40 / C45BORON 27 / RAEX B27. Boron steel calmed with fine grain, suitable for hardening, which gives it the hardness and elasticity necessary for anti-wear uses.

Applications: after hardening by hardening, boron steel can be used for any anti-wear use, especially in agricultural machinery.

 

STEELS FOR GENERAL USE BY CONSTRUCTION

Applications: in the chemical and petrochemical industry, in the operating temperature range between 350 and 600 ° C.
